Children’s Sunday School
Mt. Pleasant provides Sunday School for ages 3 years through 12th grade. Sunday School starts at 9:30 AM. Kids must be picked up by their parents/guardians at the end of class for Church Services.
4 years-Kindergarten – Ms. Sharon Jennings
1st grade – 5th grade – Ms. Sue Wilson
6th grade – 12th grade- Pastor Johnie Hendrix
Nursey is also available during Sunday School
Children’s Church Service
Children’s Church is available on the 1st and 3rd Sundays for children 4 years through Kindergarten. Upon arrival, parents will check kiddos into their appropriate classroom. For any new families, we will have folks who will help you and your family get situated.
The Nursery is also open during the regular church service. There is always at least one volunteer in the nursery, with additional assistance dependent on the number of children in the nursery.
*Please note, safety and security are a priority here at Mt. Pleasant Baptist. All teachers and nursery volunteers go through a background check on a regular basis.
