Mount Pleasant Baptist Church was established in 1858. Over the years our church has seen much growth and change, but our mission remains simple: Love God, Love Others, Make Disciples. Our prayer is that you will feel at home the moment you walk through our doors.
Other Activities
Sunday Morning Bible Study
Adult, youth, and children’s classes meet each Sunday at 9:30 AM in small-group settings.
Children's Ministries
Bible Study and Children’s Church for ages 3 through Third Grade, on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, with a secure, background-checked nursery.
Youth Ministries
Students in 6th through 12th grade have their own Bible Study class starting at 9:30 AM.
Vacation Bible School
A fun, week-long summer program filled with Bible teaching, worship, and activities for kids.
What We Believe
Our beliefs are rooted in Scripture and expressed in the Baptist Faith & Message 2000. We hold to the authority of God’s Word, salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, and the call to make disciples of all nations.
